ABSTRACT
Currently, trends are changing or enriching the technical infrastructure with new functions, quite different from its original purpose. In addition to service functions, technical facilities and equipment are beginning to affect the comfort and safety of public space users to a greater extent. To a large extent, this is due to alternative ways of using technical infrastructure. The following article presents the results of research on the impact of these changes on the quality of life in a built environment.
