Every country and city with a large percentage of migrants in its structure is obliged to adapt to life in a diverse society. The challenges it faces are similar and typically relate to housing, communications and the use of the various resources that each country has at its disposal. The rights of citizens and representatives of different nations are not always equal, which may cause conflicts. In recent years, the phenomenon of greater sensitivity of the authorities to the above-mentioned problem can be observed. Letters and documents regulating the rights and obligations of all citizens and migrants are created, aimed at eliminating intercultural tensions and introducing peace and order inside cities or at a higher level - countries. The presented activities and elements proposed to be introduced in multicultural areas refer to the key barriers that hold back and hinder development and cultural integration. All the proposed initiatives are characterized by ease of organization, willingness of residents to participate in such initiatives.
