ABSTRACT
Currently, there is a noticeable increase in the ecological awareness of so-ciety. It is also manifested in the expectations of space users to use pro-ecological solutions and technologies in both newly designed and existing buildings and public spaces. This is a big challenge for designers and manag-ers of these facilities. Currently, there are many possibilities of using ecologi-cal solutions in buildings, both in the context of, among others, their heating, cooling, and improving their functioning. Modern technologies can be planned at the design stage and also installed in the facility in use. Research on the potential of introducing pro-ecological solutions in the fa-cilities of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań were conducted by third-year students of Spatial Management at the Faculty of Human Geogra-phyand Planning Adam Mickiewicz University. This research was carried out as part of the course "Technical Infrastructure Planning" and the EDIT Poznań - Ecological District of Innovation and Technology group. The following arti-cle presents students' proposals for the analyzed headquarters of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
